Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Unismart Gadgets we sell digital products like e-books and downloadable stuff, ready for download. In both cases, all purchases are final and not refundable from the moment the payment is confirmed and the download link is sent.

Because of the nature of digital content it can be copied or shared, and we cannot accept cancellations or provide refunds once the purchase has been completed. We urge all customers to read descriptions and previews of the products before purchase.

You can download any of your purchases (including free products) here If you are experiencing any issues like not getting your download link or having the file corrupt or inaccessible, please email us at ashok@unismartgadgets.com immediately. We will be happy to work with you to remedy the situation by sending a replacement item or providing access to our other services.

We cannot refund for what someone did not want despite expectation. All e-product details are detailed directly on the product page – the applicable formats are indicated and all prices are clearly displayed along with formats, specifics, printing, content, print usability, etc.

In few cases, a payment made without having received the service in case of a technical issue on user’s website and if claimed with 48 hours, the amount paid would be refunded at our sole discretion.
